We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our marketing and business development team as part of our independently owned and operated National Homecare Agency.

Business Development Representative Responsibilities and Requirements: Manage and market Synergy HomeCare services to new home care clients. Establish new homecare service avenues for homecare clients. Ability to complete the necessary steps for recruiting and retaining new homecare clients . Able to conduct and document in-home care consultations and assessments Experienced and Knowledgeable in homecare business development, marketing, and sales. Experienced in business development, marketing, and sales, with a minimum of one year of experience in home health and home care marketing and sales. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledgeable and experienced in the healthcare, home health, and/or home care industry and referral networks. Ability to work independently, manage schedules and time effectively, and as part of a successful collaborative team. Must be organized, purpose-driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (travel to referral sources required). Education – Must have achieved an Associate degree, or preferably a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field. Have the skills to develop new networks and channels to identify and engage potential new homecare clients, family decision-makers, and referral sources. Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, social workers, rehab centers, and assisted living facilities. Develop and execute strategies to increase visibility and market share in the local home care market. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly growth targets. Track outreach efforts, leads, and referral activity in the case management software or internal tracking systems.
