Join the Customer Advocacy and Engagement team as a Customer Video Content Manager. You will co‑lead the creation of compelling customer narratives at scale, producing video testimonial content that resonates with prospects and drives adoption.

Responsibilities

Collaborate daily with the Director of Customer Stories to manage and prioritize the customer story pipeline.

Manage production of customer success video content, overseeing logistics, scripting, budgeting, and vendor collaboration.

Coordinate interviews and vendor‑led projects.

Support the annual Customer Orchestrator Innovation Awards by vetting and developing nominations for video content.

Work closely with the Art and Creative Directors to maintain brand alignment and ensure all visual content supports Genesys’ identity.

Co‑lead the content, campaign, and publishing strategy for customer stories, ensuring maximum impact.

Work closely with customers before and during filming to ensure smooth logistics and representation.

Obtain necessary approvals from customers on final edits and ensure all legal and brand guidelines are followed.

Oversee creative direction and production of video testimonials, providing leadership on content strategy, scripting, and execution.

Research and develop new creative approaches to video storytelling, including the use of AI and innovative production techniques.

Partner with stakeholders to establish new types of video campaigns and promote content across channels.

Edit custom video content, including managing foreign language versions when necessary.

Coordinate with other departments to share resources and maintain equipment reliability.

Monitor and analyze performance of customer story videos, tracking views, engagement, and conversions.

Optimize video content based on performance data and feedback.

Keep up to date with trends and innovations in video production and digital storytelling.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Marketing, Communication or a related field.

6+ years of professional experience in video pre‑ and post‑production, including customer stories, interviews or corporate storytelling.

Excellent visual storytelling skills, translating customer experiences into engaging video narratives.

Experience interviewing customers and translating complex topics into relatable stories.

Keen eye for detail, design, and pacing in video production.

Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition and program management software such as Asana.

Strong knowledge of video production techniques (lighting, sound, camera operation).

Experience with motion graphics and animation software is a plus.

Familiarity with video formats, codecs and optimization for web and social media platforms.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.

Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple video projects simultaneously.

Collaborative mindset with external production partners and cross‑functional teams.

Creative problem‑solving during production and fresh ideas for video content.

Portfolio or reel showcasing previous video production work, particularly customer stories or similar content.

Customer‑centric mindset with a customer‑first attitude.

Preferred qualifications: • Familiarity with B2B marketing or SaaS/technology industries. • Experience creating video content for social media platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram. • Knowledge of remote recording tools and virtual interview setups.

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $97,000 – $180,000. Commission or performance‑based bonus opportunities may apply.
