About the Role

The Company is looking for an accomplished Vice President for Media Strategy - Retail Media Networks (RMN) to integrate into our fast-evolving team. This vital role requires a dynamic leader with a robust track record in digital media, particularly within retail and commerce ecosystems. You will spearhead media excellence, foster innovation, and enhance performance across our portfolio of retail media network partnerships.

As a VP, you will manage all media operations, translate strategy into actionable outcomes, and ensure the highest standards of omnichannel delivery. You'll act as a key advisor to retail network executives and internal stakeholders, linking business objectives to impactful media results while facilitating operational growth, talent development, and enhancing market reputation.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading all facets of RMN media execution.
  • Establishing and upholding operational best practices.
  • Monitoring performance KPIs and nurturing a test-and-learn culture.
  • Championing platform excellence and innovation through collaboration with retail product, tech, and analytics teams.
  • Ensuring thorough documentation and fostering cross-platform learning.

The ideal candidate will possess 12-15+ years in digital media leadership, with a profound grasp of retail and commerce media ecosystems and hands-on expertise across various RMN platforms. You should be a strategic and collaborative leader capable of guiding a large team, recognized as a thought leader in retail media, and an inclusive people leader adept at building and nurturing a high-performing media team.
