The Client Service Content Development team is looking for a talented technical writer to create clear, concise, and accurate hardware repair procedures and related documentation. This work will help technicians understand workflows, train them for their job-related tasks and support them in their role.

The ClientCare Service Content Development team is looking for a talented script writer to craft simple, technician-focused content that will be used in procedural video scripts. This work will help technicians understand workflows, train them for their job-related tasks and support them in their role.

Responsibilities will include Technical Writing for procedural video scripts, content strategy, content editorial, and data analytics.
