$38-44 Hourly Creative Project Manager Responsibilities: Develop and implement project plans and creative briefs. Coordinate with clients to understand and document project objectives and requirements. Manage project schedules and asset reviews, ensuring deadlines are met. Serve as a point of contact for project stakeholders to maintain alignment. Adjust schedules and targets as project needs change. Communicate key milestones and project plans internally and externally. Produce reports for plan owners and management (e.g., traffic reports, time sheets). Manage creative deliverable reviews and ensure adherence to critical paths. Identify and mitigate issues throughout the project lifecycle. Creative Project Manager Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a project manager in a creative production environment. Experience working in creative agencies (in-house or external). Knowledge of creative production processes and workflow. Ability to provide time estimates for production work. Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage expectations. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Workfront). Project management certification (preferred). Bachelor???s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Additional Details: The Creative Project Manager role requires strong communication skills, deep familiarity with creative production processes, and proficiency in Workfront (or similar project management tools). This role acts as a liaison between clients and the creative team, managing timelines, client relationships, and creative briefs. Candidates should be adept at balancing workloads, managing schedules, and handling client expectations. A

is preferred, with occasional in-office presence. Preferred Experience & Skills: Top priorities for candidate evaluation include: Communication skills Experience in creative agency environments Knowledge of creative processes Workfront experience (highly preferred; alternatives considered) Creative Scope & Team Structure: The creative team handles a wide range of materials, including campaigns, video production, print, and digital ads. While video is occasional, the primary focus is on holistic campaign creation, managing 10???25 projects at a time. A versatile skill set across creative formats is essential.
