Your Day-to-Day (Playbook)

  • Help Brands Thrive: Identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and deliver solutions that showcase how our multimedia content platforms drive results.
  • Make Connections: Persuade and build genuine partnerships, helping businesses reach the right audience at the right time.
  • Be a Trusted Guide: Connect on a human level, craft tailored sales and marketing solutions, and advise clients throughout the journey.
  • Shake Things Up: Bring creativity, challenge the status quo, and find new ways to connect with audiences and elevate the brand.
  • Conquer the Media Landscape: Contribute to a dedicated team of media sales professionals, achieve market leadership, and deliver outcomes.
  • Identify Emerging Opportunities: Anticipate market shifts, analyze data, and predict trends to position clients and AMP for long-term success.

The Practical Stuff

A valid drivers license, up-to-date insurance, and reliable transportation are required for client visits.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary $40,000$50,000, commission structure, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes a retirement plan, health, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, parental leave, and an employee stock purchase plan.
