At your core, youre an analytics-driven thinkeryou know how to dig into data, pull meaningful insights, and turn them into smart recommendations that improve performance. You understand best-in-class e-commerce principles and how they connect to the broader digital experience. Youre also comfortable in front of clients, leading digital conversations, presenting results, and building trust through your expertise.

What Youll Do

  • Manage and optimize digital campaigns across paid media, search, SEO, and geo-targeting
  • Use analytics to evaluate performance, uncover trends, and recommend improvements across all digital channels
  • Apply e-commerce best practices to strengthen the online customer journey
  • Ensure accurate setup, tracking, and reporting through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Lead digital presentations and client discussions, translating complex data into clear insights and strategies
  • Contribute to SEO initiatives including keyword research, technical optimization, and content direction
  • Stay on top of trends in an ever-changing industry like GAIO
  • Stay ahead of emerging digital trends and platform updates, bringing proactive ideas to clients and teams

What You Bring

  • 57 years of digital marketing experience (agency experience a plus)
  • Strong expertise in digital analytics with the ability to connect insights to strategy
  • Experience across multiple digital channels: paid media, paid search, SEO/SEM, and e-commerce best practices
  • Proficiency in SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
  • Google Ads certification (bonus points for additional Google certs)
  • Excellent communication skillsyoure confident leading client conversations and presentations
  • A collaborative spirityou work seamlessly with creative, account, and media partners

Bonus Points

  • Experience with other digital platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CRO (conversion rate optimization) tactics
