Your Role at impact.com: Creator Campaign Manager
This individual will work with our clients and assist with performance creator program and campaign management, including creator recruitment, engagement, and growth strategies, ensuring expectations are exceeded.
What You'll Do: Develop and implement performance creator strategies for Creator clients to attract creators who are aligned with brand goals
Identify and target creators to join a brand’s campaign/program by leading a 360° Creator recruitment effort with the help of offshore support when needed
Create and execute incentive programs on the Impact Platform, including flat fees, performance-based rewards, exclusive offers, and more
Collaborate closely with domestic and overseas internal teams, including community support, sales, product, marketing, and client success, to align creator community and affiliate strategies with overall business goals
Partner with clients to tailor affiliate community strategies to their unique needs on both a consulting basis and through fully managed campaigns
Manage and support the execution of creator campaigns, from casting through reporting
Lead kick-off calls and respond to client emails
Source creators for each client and recommend qualified influencers based on brand requirements
Communicate extensively with creators, including leading negotiations, facilitating product orders, and gathering content drafts
Create creator campaign briefs based on guidelines given by brand as well as FTC guidelines
Monitor budgets and program timelines to ensure our revenue goals and client deadlines are met
Provide excellent customer service and expertise, ensuring both the clients and creators are happy and impressed with our services through timeliness, accuracy, quality, attention to detail, responsiveness and troubleshooting solutions
Identify upselling opportunities and communicate to senior leadership
What You Bring: At least 2+ years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer/creator marketing, and community management
Experience with proactively pitching strategic concepts and best practices
Strong understanding of Creator & affiliate marketing strategies, tools, and technologies. Demonstrate strong understanding of key creator marketing strategies that drive performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CPA, LTV, incrementality) and their impact on client goals
Experience with performance creator platforms such as LTK, Mavely, ShopMy, and others
Familiarity with budgeting, casting, negotiating, contracting, overseeing fulfillment, draft approvals, reporting, etc
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse group of Creators & affiliates, and clients
Relationship-driven with the ability to work with a multitude of personalities and work styles
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and generate actionable insights in creative new ways. Experience with A/B testing
Lead client conversations on campaign strategy, optimizations, and ROI/ROAS improvement opportunities
Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
A passion for and strong knowledge of social media platforms and ability to bring recommendations to meet program goals
Self-starter with a strong drive to not only succeed personally but have the drive to grow and develop client businesses
Adaptable to sudden changes in schedules and trends and an ever-changing industry
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work across 5+ strategic client projects at a time
Nice To Have: Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification by PXA
Familiarity with Impact’s affiliate platform
Paid media planning and management experience
Salary Range $70,000 - $74,000 plus a 20% variable target and eligibility to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.
