Event Photographer – 2025 Decker Challenge Category: Photography – Date: Dec. 7, 2025 – Location: Austin, TX – Hours: 4 – Pay: $200 The Decker Challenge by Austin Runners Club is seeking photographers for our December 7, 2025 event. Photographers will capture action along the course and at the finish line as runners cross. Shifts are around four hours long. Report at 7:30 AM; times may change. Photographers must provide their own transportation and camera. We provide SD/CF card. Payment is issued via direct payment after each shift. Applicants without a portfolio or a link to examples of their work will not be considered. Responsibilities Capture dynamic footage of runners along the course. Document finish line action and race results. Operate camera equipment and manage storage cards. Report to the event crew by 7:30 AM each shift. Qualifications Proficient in event or sports photography with an existing portfolio. Own reliable camera and compatible SD/CF card. Self‑sufficient transportation to and from the event location.
