Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Consultant located in the Northern Kentucky area. The Design Consultant will engage with customers to provide expert guidance on product selection, collaborate with clients to develop personalized design solutions, and support sales goals through excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a professional showroom environment and staying informed about industry trends and product updates.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Sales skills to engage with clients, build trust, and drive revenue
• Interior Design expertise, with a strong sense of aesthetics and design trends
• Knowledge of Furniture and Furnishings to integrate complementary design elements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
• Previous experience in a retail or design-focused environment is a plus
• Proficiency in design software or tools is preferred
• High school diploma or higher education in a related field is advantageous
