Job Description
We’re looking for a UX Designer to join our client’s team in this fully remote part‑time contract position. It is a 2‑3 month contract with potential to extend, starting ASAP. On average you would work around 24 hours and be available to connect with the team at least once a day during the PST time zone.
Responsibilities
Design user flows, wireframes, UI layout, and basic navigation concepts to provide to front‑end developers for engineering & coding.
Be involved at every stage of the product lifecycle, from discovery to design to execution, ensuring your approach works with technical solutions and is comfortable with incremental implementation.
Fuse creativity, technology, and business acumen to develop designs that are usable, accessible, conform to UX best practices, and are on brand.
Act as a catalyst for creative thinking and non‑traditional solutions to UX challenges.
Collaborate with internal teams focused on providing digital enhancements to the customer journey.
Partner with cross‑functional groups, including product teams, front‑end developers, back‑end developers, marketing content creators, etc.
Qualifications
5+ years of UX design experience and proficiency in Figma for the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs.
Familiar with UX/UI best practices.
Experience working with an external agency and digital product teams.
Requires a true passion for digital customer experience and being a creative thought-leader; experience with transformation initiatives and agile environments.
