Graphic Designer – Marketing Collateral Remote (EST Hours). 1‑year project. Pay range: $55.00/hr – $75.00/hr (as stated in the job post). Overview We seek a versatile, detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team, responsible for versioning and producing high‑volume sales and marketing collateral that aligns with corporate tone, brand standards, and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Collateral versioning & production: adapt and version source materials, produce PowerPoint presentations, emails, toolkits, one‑pager, placemats, flyers. Support a high‑volume workflow, contributing to ~200 pieces of collateral over six months. Process optimization: improve team workflows, collaboration processes, track design outcomes, enhance creative performance. Required Skills & Experience Strategic & Brand Thinking Understand how design supports marketing and sales objectives, especially in financial services. Translate business goals into visually compelling, brand‑consistent creative solutions. Proactively contribute to process improvements and performance measurement. Design Skills Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint. Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, layout, and typography. Experienced in adapting materials while maintaining clarity and brand consistency. Organized, efficient, deliver high‑quality work under tight deadlines. Compliance & Collaboration Comfortable navigating multi‑layered compliance and review processes in regulated environments. Communicate effectively and collaborate across marketing, compliance, and content teams. Flexible and proactive in managing multiple priorities, integrating feedback. Detail‑oriented and committed to upholding brand and compliance standards. Preferred Qualifications Experience in financial services or other regulated industries. Familiarity with project management tools and collaborative design platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
