Job Description Summary
Responsible for opening library tutorials on Tuesday – Saturday mornings and providing customer service at the circulation desk for morning and early afternoon hours. Assists interlibrary loan duties. Acts as a backup for other access services. Helps at community management. Occasionally assists student engagement activities. Hours: Tuesday – Friday 7:30AM to 3:30PM; Saturday 9:00AM to 5:00PM. Hours change with the academic calendar.
Job Description
- Circulation desk duties. Offer in‑person, telephone, email, and library answers tickets customer service for students and faculty. Regular maintenance of library scheduler system.
- Interlibrary loan responsibilities for borrowing and lending with the ILL framework. Coverage for reserves, faculty document delivery, course support scanning.
- Help with assortment of collection management duties including withdrawing library materials, inventorying library materials, and aiding Biddle’s departure from the Federal Depository Library Program.
- Assist at Engagement and outreach functions as necessary. Designing the signage and flyers for library hours and other library events.

Qualifications
CDCandidates should at least a high school diploma or GED and one to two years of experience and proven skills in working with bibliographic records made through experiences and training. Indeed experience in bibliography work and the ability to work independently. Attention to detail and reliability. Face‑versatile customer care skills. Experience in team environments.
