Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant / Analyst to support marketing operations by managing and analyzing data in Salesforce and Excel . The role involves running reports auditing data identifying discrepancies and performing data cleanup tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Run and analyze Salesforce reports
• Audit and clean up marketing / sales data
• Research market trends and customer behavior
• Prepare and present data-driven reports and insights

Required Skills

• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP XLOOKUP Pivot Tables)
• Salesforce (strongly preferred)
• Data auditing and data quality review
• Strong analytical communication and time-management skills

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field (preferred)

2 years of relevant experience
