Hours

3 shifts per week minimum availability to include weekend hours. Current available hours are primarily weekday afternoon/evenings 12:30 - 4:30 pm, weekend shifts 8 am - 1 pm; 1 pm - 6:00 pm.

Studio Cleanliness Ambassador Responsibilities

• Promptly clean and turn over the sauna room when the guests exit, ensuring it is pristinely prepped for the next appointment
• Process towel shipments and maintain cold towel process
• Create towel bundles and place for guest accessibility
• Welcome and greet clients enthusiastically
• Support Sales Associates through miscellaneous tasks including back‑of‑house duties
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus

Qualifications

• A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service
• A consistently awesome team‑player attitude
• A verifiable history of excellent attendance and prior customer service experience
• Evening and weekend availability

Physical Expectations

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time (up to 6‑8 hours per shift)
• Comfortable bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying supplies or towels (up to 25 lbs)
• Ability to safely and thoroughly clean sauna suites between guest appointments using non‑toxic cleaning products
• Able to navigate between studio suites quickly and efficiently during high‑volume times
• Capable of operating basic cleaning and sanitizing equipment (e.g., vacuum)
• Comfortable working in a hot environment and transitioning between sauna suite temperatures and ambient areas
• Able to respond quickly and physically in the event of a guest safety concern or facility need
