Help promote design language consistency by utilizing the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) to create responsive and visually appealing Figma or any other tools wireframes for desktops and tablets. Implement best practices for accessibility and usability to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve upon designs. Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in UI/UX design, as well as Salesforce platform updates and releases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts, to deliver integrated solutions that meet project objectives and timelines. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present designs, solicit feedback, and drive Qualifications Bachelors degree in a design related field or engineering Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design. Familiarity with HTML and CSS. Experience working in tools like Figma, Adobe Suite. Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning Component Framework preferred. Solid understanding of UX design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and usability testing techniques. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
