About the Role

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to play a key role in shaping intuitive, engaging, and customer-centric digital experiences. This individual will not only craft high-quality designs but also lead customer research initiatives and establish a scalable design system to ensure consistency across our digital ecosystem. You will work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to deliver experiences that delight customers and drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and conduct end-to-end customer research projects, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and field studies.
  • Translate research insights into actionable recommendations that directly inform product strategy and design decisions.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs across responsive web and mobile platforms.
  • Establish, maintain, and evolve a design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalability across digital products.
  • Partner with product managers and developers to ensure designs are implemented with a high degree of fidelity.
  • Advocate for the customer throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring their voice is integrated into every stage.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital product work.
  • Proven experience designing for web and mobile applications, ideally in an eCommerce, SaaS, or consumer-facing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, lead, and analyze customer research projects.
  • Strong skills in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with prototyping and testing tools (e.g., InVision, Maze, UserTesting.com).
  • Strong understanding of design systems and accessibility standards.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to articulate design rationale to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating in agile product development environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading workshops and design sprints.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Clarity, etc.) to complement qualitative insights.
  • Background in psychology, human-computer interaction (HCI), or related fields.
