Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Wilmington, NC, for an Insurance Producer. The Insurance Producer will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Daily tasks include generating leads, conducting consultations, offering product recommendations, and handling policy sales for both personal and commercial lines. The Insurance Producer will also ensure superior customer service and assist clients with claims, renewals, and coverage adjustments. Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales and product knowledge across personal and commercial lines
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience with Employee Benefits and the ability to tailor insurance solutions to meet client needs
• Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and excellent organizational abilities
• State insurance licensing (or ability to obtain) required
• Experience in the insurance industry or sales field preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus
• Commitment to professional growth and community engagement
