Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Insurance Producer. The Insurance Producer will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, identifying insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions. Day‑to‑day tasks involve providing risk‑management solutions, selling insurance products, advising on employee benefit plans, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Collaboration with internal teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes is also a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Insurance Sales and general Insurance knowledge
• Strong Communication skills with a focus on building relationships and trust
• Proficiency in Customer Service and client management
• Knowledge of or experience with Property & Casualty insurance, and/or Employee Benefits plans
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented and fast‑paced environment
• Relevant certifications or state licensing (or the ability to obtain them) is a plus
• Experience growing a book of business
