The Opportunity CACI is seeking a Full Stack Web Developer to join our mission‑focused team that builds and maintains customer tactical mission networks in a cloud environment. We are looking for candidates experienced in full‑stack web application development, implementation, and maintenance best practices. This role offers the chance to apply your technical capabilities to a complex program with real‑world national‑security impacts.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain user interfaces, create tools to improve site interaction, manage software workflow, fix bugs, and test usability.

Utilize programming languages such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS for frontend, and server‑side languages including Python, Java, Ruby, and PHP to build applications and operationalize concepts.

Ensure functionality of web applications.

Manage APIs to allow communication between frontend and backend as well as with external services.

Implement security protocols and protection measures to secure data.

Collaborate with cloud engineers and government stakeholders to optimize user experience.

Generate and maintain records and technical documentation.

Maintain performance and functionality of Software as a Service solutions within the tactical mission network.

Qualifications – Required

U.S. citizenship and an active secret clearance.

BA/BS degree in computer science, software engineering, information management systems, or a related discipline.

7+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree; 6 years of experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree; an associate’s degree and 4 years of experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.

Cloud development experience with Azure cloud services.

Ability to leverage programming languages such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and server‑side languages including Python, Java, Ruby, and PHP.

Ability to work independently.

Qualifications – Desired

Familiarity with cloud‑based Kubernetes.

Experience with full‑stack development in an Agile environment.

Experience with Java, Angular, Spring, and C2S.

Experience with software testing tools such as JUnit.

Experience with scripting languages (Bash, Python).

Experience in Azure cloud computing platforms.

Microsoft AZ‑900 Azure Fundamentals, AZ‑104, or higher Azure certifications.

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure DevOps.

Familiarity with military IT environments.

Pay Range Proposed salary range: $85,800 – $180,200. CACI offers competitive compensation, benefits, and learning and development opportunities. Benefits include healthcare, wellness, financial, retirement, family support, continuing education, and time‑off benefits.
