We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Creative Project Manager to lead and execute key B2C marketing initiatives. This role supports a wide range of creative requests including member engagement campaigns, Open Enrollment, Onboarding, and custom projects for top-tier National Account clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, managing over 250+ projects and 1200+ tactics annually, while ensuring flawless execution from concept to delivery.

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage B2C creative projects and campaigns from kickoff through implementation

Oversee project workflow and ensure timely delivery

Coordinate internal resources across marketing, creative, video, and media teams

Monitor and adjust project scope and schedules as needed

Facilitate communication between stakeholders and maintain project documentation

Clarify project requirements and lead creative kickoffs and reviews

Conduct weekly project check‑ins to ensure alignment and progress

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a creative agency environment

Experience assigning and tracking tasks in a project management tool

Deep understanding of the creative process, media planning, customer journey management, and video production

Expertise in managing marketing assets including:

Digital and print ads

Case studies and collateral

Videos and motion graphics

Sales presentations

Journey fragments and configurable systems

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

Proven ability to streamline, organize, and optimize complex projects

Proven solid communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams (marketing, copywriting, design, video, media)

Current contractor for the E&I Marketing team

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far‑reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $87,200 annually based on full‑time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
