$64.00/hr - $66.45/hr
Summary The successful candidate will facilitate project planning and operational excellence across integrated marketing and media partnerships. As a proactive, strategic thinker who strives for continuous improvements, this person will steward day‑to‑day project management of our global projects expanding beyond partner campaigns, and include operationalizing new initiatives and solutions. This individual will ensure that all requirements and deliverables are met, tracking thoroughly with various tools, and communicating with stakeholders effectively. This individual must be detail oriented, technically minded and enjoy problem solving. They will also have some account management responsibilities, maintaining relationships with partners throughout and beyond the campaign phase. Responsibilities
End‑to‑end implementation and project management of campaigns with media partners
Oversee program development and launches for new commercial solutions
Assist team in managing intake of all projects/assignments, validating requests, and allocating resources
Liaise with internal project stakeholders including legal, brand marketing, finance, and campaign management
Manage and optimize project timelines and team deliverables; identify timeline impacts and resource conflicts and deadlines
Act as a liaison between the studio and the client – clearly communicate issues, expectations, deliverables, questions, etc., to maintain project integrity
Liaise with external vendor partners on contracting, production workflows, and invoicing
Responsible for acting as a secondary liaison between internal teams and assigned clients
Perform campaign risk assessments and critical path analyses to ensure team results are being appropriately supervised and met. This could include the development of any necessary risk mitigation strategies.
Technical Skills
Experience working with Salesforce, Jira, Clickup, Monday.com, Smartsheets, SharePoint, and/or other project management and collaboration tools
Ideal if advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Basic knowledge of HTML
Pay Transparency The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $64.00 - $66.45/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full‑time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
