Job Description TheDe Novo Marketing Specialistplays a critical role in the successful launch and early growthof newPriorityPetUrgent Care locations. This positionleadsthe execution of marketinginitiativesforall new De Novolocations,bringingtheintegratedmarketingplansto life frompre-openingthrough post-launch. This role is essential in building localbrandawareness,ensuring consistent brandexecution, anddrivingmeasurable marketingperformancein the first severalmonths ofnew practice openings.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on marketer with strong project management skills, asharp attentionfordetail, and a passion for building community awareness aroundnew brandsand services.
Key Responsibilities
Execute launch marketing plansfor new De Novo locations, including website builds, paid media campaigns, andprint anddigital asset creation.
Social mediastrategy to drive local awarenessforPriorityPetUrgent Care (PPUC);manageand executeongoing content calendars for each location in partnership with the ER/UC Regional Marketing Manager.
Develop andmaintainDe Novo marketing playbooks, including grassroots marketing tactics, social media guidelines, and launch best practices.
Partnerwith the Practiceto complete pre-opening marketing-related tasks
Coordinate pre-opening photo and video shoots, ensuring assets align with brand standards and support marketing needs.
Support community engagementthrough planning and executing local events, sponsorships, and outreach activities.
Establish the digital footprintfor new locations, including setup of social media accounts, Google My Business profiles,Nextdoorlistings,CallRailtracking, domains, and email configurations (in collaboration with IT).
Manage paid media execution and creative versioningto drive local traffic and conversions for Priority Pet Urgent Care.
Oversee signage and exterior graphics, ensuring consistency with brand identity andtimelyinstallation for openings.
Supportplanning and execution of Open House,partnering closely withProject Manager to ensuredeliverahigh-impacteventthat drives local awarenessand community engagement.
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in multi-locationhealthcareor retail environments.
Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social,traditionaland grassroots channels.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple launches simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, operations, and IT teams.
Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms,such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google My Business,CallRail, and Canva/Adobe Creative Suite.
