Senior Director, Integrated Marketing and Brand

role at

Wingstop Restaurants Inc.

We’re not in the wing business. We’re in the flavor business. It’s been our mission to Serve the World Flavor since we first opened in 1994, and we’re just getting started. 1997 saw the opening of our first brand partner‑operated Wingstop location, and by 2002 we had served the world one billion wings. It’s flavor that defines us and has made Wingstop one of the fastest‑growing brands in the restaurant industry.

Above all else – our success is largely due to our people and our core values, or what we call The Wingstop Way of being entrepreneurial, service‑minded, fun, and authentic. We believe a strong people foundation centered on these collective values creates a crave‑worthy culture and talented team, as well as ensures our brand is poised for accelerated growth. We all win together.

What We’ll Need

Turn flavor into impact: Bring together consumer, market, media, and business insights to define what our brand needs to serve up next—always rooted in what makes Wingstop craveable.

Simplify the complex: gather diverse input and align stakeholders to create clear, actionable strategies that drive business results.

Lead the charge on growth: Build and deliver brand plans that allow Wingstop to serve more of the world our bold flavors, aligning current investments with future brand goals to make sure every move delivers maximum flavor and ROI.

Own & develop big ideas: Champion creativity taking the 2026 brand platform from spark to sizzle—from concept to full‑on execution that drives real business impact and brand love.

Inspire and align: Rally a director‑level multifunctional crew to create quarterly integrated marketing plans with bold, single‑minded goals and clear communication that breaks through the noise.

Grow great people: Coach, develop, and empower an end‑to‑end brand team that moves fast, collaborates fiercely, and brings the flavor to everything we do.

What You’ll Need

Proven flavor of success: A track record of brand building and creative development that’s not just smart—it’s driven real, measurable business growth.

Strategic chops: The ability to dig into insights, find the “so what,” and turn it into bold ideas that make the brand stronger and the business grow.

Leadership with swagger and substance: You’ve led teams, agencies, and cross‑functional partners—and earned trust up, down, and across the organization.

Wingstop DNA: You move with urgency, integrity, and accountability—you’re a true culture add who’s agile, curious, and unafraid to get your hands saucy.

Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to senior executives and cross‑functional leaders.

10 years of brand‑building experience with serious depth in agency management and creative development.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred: Experience leading through change and keeping teams fired up through transformation.

A master’s degree (MBA) or background in CPG or traditional brand management—you know how to build brands that scale and last.

Who You Are No job is too small. You recognize that the real work happens in the restaurants, and everything we do should support their success. You stay humble, roll up your sleeves, and always look for ways to support. You learn from others and contribute wherever you can.

You care deeply about doing great work and driving results. You’re curious, ask questions, and seek out opportunities to improve. You don’t just point out problems—you bring solutions, ideas, and perspectives that move the team forward.

You take full responsibility for your work and see things through to completion. You aren’t afraid to fail because you know that failure is a part of learning and growth. You take action, move fast, and keep pushing forward.

You lead with empathy, respect, and emotional intelligence. You collaborate effectively, fostering a culture of trust and constructive feedback. You understand the importance of teamwork and ensure that your actions build others up rather than break them down.

You push yourself and others to be better. You embrace healthy conflict, knowing that great ideas and strong teams emerge from honest, constructive conversations. You believe that leaders create leaders and are committed to fostering a culture of growth, challenge, and continuous improvement.
