Job Overview As a Marketing Manager, BD IV Workflow Management, US Region, you will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans and implementing tactical programs to increase sales and profitability of BD Pyxis Pharmacy Keeper IV workflow management system within the US Region. You will coordinate product trade shows, demonstrations, seminars, webcasts, and other promotional events. Additionally, you will interact regularly with the platform marketing team, product sales, and clinical field teams to identify content gaps, advance sales opportunities, and identify new markets and product end‑users.
Requirements
Develop relationships with customers and key opinion leaders in the industry to stay abreast of trends and facilitate peer-to-peer marketing programs.
Prepare and deliver presentations to various audiences, both internal and external.
Maintain high ethical standards in all aspects of business conduct.
Proven track record of successfully launching new products and/or services.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are essential, along with organizational ability and attention to detail.
Demonstrated computer proficiency; knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong analytical skills necessary to collect, organize, and disseminate significant amounts of information with recommendations based upon analysis of data.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately up to 35% of the time.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
Experience
3-5 years of experience in the medical device industry marketing is required.
Experience compounding sterile products in the pharmacy setting is a plus.
SaaS experience is a plus.
Salary Range Information $109,700.00 - $180,800.00 USD Annual
