Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager, located in Miami, FL. The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, crafting engaging content, optimizing online presence, and managing day-to-day activities across social platforms. The role also includes monitoring trends, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)

Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing

Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to analyze social media metrics, trends, and engagement

Familiarity with social media management tools and emerging platforms

Creative mindset with attention to detail

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred

Experience in the beauty or lifestyle industries is a plus
