A leading SaaS platform is looking for a strategic and hands‑on Integrated Marketing Manager to build and execute multi‑channel growth campaigns that turn attention into action.

Location:

Boston, Los Angeles, or New York (Hybrid/Remote Option)

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the design and execution of data‑driven, integrated campaigns that accelerate trial sign‑ups, feature adoption, and subscription growth.

Partner with Product, Data, and Growth teams to identify expansion and retention opportunities across the funnel.

Use predictive analytics and AI‑powered insights to optimize channel mix, audience targeting, and personalized messaging.

Own cross‑channel campaigns across paid, social, email, and in‑product touchpoints to fuel PLG growth.

Drive SEO, AI‑powered search (AEO), and generative discovery optimization (GEO) with SEO partners.

Manage and scale paid media campaigns across Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, OTT, and emerging channels.

Optimize lifecycle and email campaigns to maximize trial conversion and retention.

Launch co‑marketing, influencer, and affiliate initiatives to expand reach and impact.

Work cross‑functionally with Product, Lifecycle, Growth, and Creative teams to ensure seamless execution.

Share data and insights to drive smarter, faster iteration across the marketing org.

Collaborate with Lifecycle teams to turn feature launches into activation moments that deepen engagement.

Stay ahead of PLG, AI discovery, and integrated campaign trends.

Test, learn, and adapt strategies that move the needle on funnel conversion and retention.

What You Bring

4+ years of integrated or growth marketing experience — ideally in SaaS or PLG environments.

Proven ability to conceptualize and execute high‑impact campaigns that drive measurable growth.

Deep understanding of paid, social, email, and in‑product marketing channels.

Experience working with large budgets ($5M+) and optimizing spend for maximum return.

Strong grasp of AI‑powered search, voice search, AEO, and funnel optimization.

Analytical mindset with expertise in cohort data, testing frameworks, and performance iteration.

A scrappy, adaptable operator who thrives in fast‑moving, collaborative environments.
