06+ month contract

UX/UI Designer. The role is located in

Charlotte, NC; Raleigh, NC; Atlanta, GA

with hybrid work options. Pay ranges from $65 to $70 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the solution of a product area and connect it to a broader product vision.

Balance multiple projects.

Design and deliver user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes across multiple devices and touchpoints.

Closely collaborate with Product Management and Development.

Effectively communicate design intent and rationale to design team members, cross‑functional partners, and stakeholders.

Clarify success metrics that deliver value to users and the business.

Lead team design reviews with business and internal design critiques.

Lead and facilitate large workshops with cross‑functional teams.

Stay current on trends, theories, methods and processes.

Strong understanding of UX/UI design, design thinking, design principles and best practices. Individual contributor for virtual assistant space partnering across the enterprise.

Work on a broad range of products from authenticated experiences to unauthenticated or small business, ensuring designs and flows vary depending on the goal of the flow (e.g., account management, transactional, informational, promotional).

Key Requirements

Key skills: UX/UI design.

AI Experience.

Experience creating user journeys, user flows, wireframes.

7+ years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field, acting as a strategic partner rather than a consultant.

Lead solution development for a product area and connect it to a broader product vision.

Balance multiple projects.

Design and deliver interactive prototypes across multiple devices and touchpoints.

Collaborate closely with Product Management and Development.

Communicate design intent and rationale to team members, partners, and stakeholders.

Clarify success metrics that deliver value to users and the business.

Lead team design reviews with business and internal critiques.

Lead and facilitate large workshops with cross‑functional teams.

Stay current on trends, theories, methods and processes.

Vendor must not submit any candidate lacking these skills or experience.

Bachelor’s degree in User Experience, Interaction Design, Communication Design, Information Architecture, or equivalent work experience.

Senior level experience designing UX solutions for software, responsive web applications, and/or mobile native apps.
