Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to support strategic marketing technology enablement initiatives. This role evaluates marketing tool capabilities, supports solution design, and assists with the rollout and adoption of new technologies across the organization. The Senior Marketing Analyst will serve as a key partner to marketing stakeholders and cross‑functional teams, ensuring technology solutions align with business objectives, drive value, and enable scalable campaign excellence.
Hands‑on responsibilities include diagnosing business challenges, analyzing MarTech stack and workflows, supporting implementation planning, and executing change‑management activities to ensure successful adoption and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities Analysis & Business Diagnosis
Assess current marketing tools, workflows, and campaign processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Conduct research and facilitate stakeholder sessions to gather business requirements and understand operational pain points.
Support business case development and define success metrics for new technology solutions.
Solution Design & Implementation Support
Contribute to the design of technology and process solutions tied to business goals and user needs.
Assist in planning and execution of technology implementation and rollout initiatives.
Partner with Product, IT, and Marketing Operations to support testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
Change Management & Enablement
Support change readiness plans, including stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, and training preparation.
Help identify risks, mitigation tactics, and adoption challenges across the marketing team.
Assist in developing communication plans and enablement content to support learning and transitions.
Qualifications Required Skills & Experience
3–6 years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, business analysis, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to distill insights and recommend solutions.
Hands‑on familiarity with MarTech platforms across content, workflow, and data orchestration, ideally including Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) / RTCDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Workfront, Adobe Creative Cloud / Firefly services.
Proficiency in documenting workflows, frameworks, requirements, and change impacts.
Experience supporting technology implementations and rollout activities.
Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and influence without authority.
Preferred Experience
Background in enterprise‑scale marketing environment.
Experience in digital transformation or organizational change enablement.
Familiarity with marketing processes, campaign execution, and audience segmentation.
