Sr Director Product & Campus Marketing
The Senior Director of Product and Campus Marketing is responsible for crafting high-impact marketing campaigns that effectively showcase the value of the organization's programs to prospective students. The Senior Director collaborates with marketing team leaders and agencies to execute campaigns, and implement across local channels, including events, field marketing, and engagement platforms. The role analyzes the competitive landscape and uses research to generate consumer insights that enhance media efficiency and the overall customer experience. With a deep understanding of how the organization's programs meet consumer needs, the Senior Director develops compelling messaging that drives student acquisition.
Salary Range : $140,000 - $175,000

Responsibilities
Develop and execute inspiring and compelling marketing campaigns for programs and offerings that drive business results
Serve as the key point of contact and driver for the marketing team with expansion and growth initiatives
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends
Understand competitive environment and how to effectively differentiate offerings
Use data and analytics to improve ROI of campaigns and find new opportunities for the promotion of programs
Identify healthcare programmatic sector association and influencer groups for engagement and collaboration
Design product launch plans for new programs and its cross‑functional implementation
Develop and execute campaigns to nurture prospective students from lead to enrollment
Use lead scoring and prospect data to develop segmented and personalized customer experiences throughout the enrollment process
Define audience segments and partner across the marketing, admissions and campus operations developing and executing campaigns to increase market share
Manage CRM system and related tech to deliver personalized customer experiences
Key strategist leader in the “Student Life Cycle” designing and documenting strategies that assist in driving prospect across the enrollment funnel
Develop local and regional marketing strategies that leverage local marketing reps, campus staff, and admissions staff to drive cultivate brand awareness, community engagement and incremental leads for campuses
Support relationships with Campus Presidents and their staff to help guide marketing team members to
Coordinate campaigns and collaborate to identify opportunities for improvements in marketing effectiveness / efficiency
Establish / maintain a high-performance team of professional, motivated and engaged staff utilizing effective training, performance management and career‑development activities while leading them to achieve established business results and performance metrics
Recognizes and rewards employee contributions and achievements

Qualifications Education / Experience
Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Marketing) (required)
Minimum 7 years' strategic marketing experience (required)
High proficiency in marketing data and analytics and interpreting results (required)Minimum two (2) years' experience leading a team of field and sales representatives (preferred)
Expert proficiency with CRM systems and engagement marketing tactics, particularly email marketing (required)
Prior work experience with lead generation and marketing in the Education industry (preferred)
Experience in Higher Education (preferred)
Skills
Skilled in creating an effective online marketing presence
Proficiency in developing and executing strategic plans that align with the organization's goals
Expertise in managing the entire lifecycle of a product from inception through launch and ongoing management
Understanding of how to design and improve products based on user needs and feedback
Knowledge of marketing strategies tailored to educational institutions, including engagement tactics for students, faculty, and administration
Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, SEO, and content marketing
Flexibility to adjust strategies based on market trends, changes in the educational landscape, and emerging technologies
Experience in engaging with campus communities and understanding their unique needs and preference
Work Environment
Work is performed indoors in a climate‑controlled environment when on site at assigned company location. Employees must be able to safely ambulate when on company premises.
This position is designated as remote. Employees must meet minimum technical standards for eligibility and participation.
Overnight and / or local travel up to 10%
