Basic Qualifications Minimum Degree Required (BQ): Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Year(s) Of Experience (BQ) 1 year of success in a consulting role at major utility company or professional services firm
Preferred Qualifications Degree Preferred: Master's Degree
Preferred Knowledge/Skills
Demonstrates proven success and some understanding of customer business processes and customer organization-related operational areas (i.e. meter-to-cash), including the following: re‑designing and/or improving business processes; performing in Oracle CC&B and/or SAP environments, understanding utility business process operation areas such as customer service, billing, credit & collections, field operations, meter operations, and revenue/finance management.
Demonstrates some proven skills related to analyzing and comprehending business integration points for meter to cash processes (i.e. meter, billing, field operations, finance and regulatory) that involve leveraging the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and related technologies to conduct and generate metrics, process analyses, and business process re‑engineering.
The Opportunity As part of the Customer Consulting - Customer Experience team you are expected to contribute to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. As an Associate you are expected to focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You are expected to be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by expanding your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

The salary range for this position is:
$63,000 - $140,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
