Vice President of 360 Launch & Campaign Design
to drive innovative campaign production across series, specials, and late‑night programming. The role leads play‑to‑play. This office works closely with the
Vice President of 360 Brand & Strategic Campaigns
to keep brand alignment, creative consistency, and cross‑team collaboration across major projects. Key Responsibilities
Campaign strategy & execution for series, specials, live shows, and late‑night programming from concept to launch and sustain. Creative leadership overseeing the visual direction of campaigns, making sure each rollout reflects brand identity and tone. Platform integration aiming for an seamless reach across broadcast, streaming, digital, social, experiential, and out‑of‑home, with deep platform‑specific creative understanding. Collaborating with show producers, talent, and internal stakeholders to make sure campaigns are authentic, collaborative, and aligned strategically. Infusing cultural relevance & innovation into campaigns to resonate with diversified audiences. Team coaching and mentoring to build a high‑performing, inclusive environment. Optimizing campaign performance with metrics and stakeholder insights so talent can iterate and learn. Desired Characteristics
Experience 12+ years in creative marketing, brand, and campaign design within media or entertainment. Proven leadership of cross‑team squads and background in variety of show formats. Skilled at360‑degree creative communication and cultural insight. Strong equity culture mindset with bias‑lighting enthusiasm. Motivated in building inclusive, collaborative teamwork.
