Automotive Personnel, a leading Talent Acquisition Corporation based in Tampa, FL, is seeking a full-time, high-performing
Vice President – Creative
with minimal travel requirements
(33% travel) .
I-What you will be doing: 1. Be a team builder:
Assess each team member's and contractors' performance, coaching, and learning needs, and develop them through one-on-one, group, and event meetings (weekly, quarterly, annually).
Continuously assess the need for additional contractors to ensure exemplary execution of all deliverables.
2. Oversee the creative department By assessing the performance of team members and contractors, while ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the content development process.
3. Manage deliverables:
Evaluate their developmental requirements and assign them to department members, taking into consideration deadlines and the strengths and availability of each member and/or contractor.
Create and maintain scheduled training and development courses for team members.
Conceive and contribute to RFP proposal responses and presentations.
Oversee and lead project debrief assessments and develop plans for continuous improvement.
Design, develop, and implement/facilitate train-the-trainer sessions.
Continuously research what's "new and hot" in the LXD world to provide innovative solutions for new projects and core deliverables.
Demonstrate proficiency in organizing and leading virtual meetings and training sessions via virtual platforms like Teams or Zoom.
II-Knowledge and skills you need to have.
Extensive automotive OEM retail or corporate and/or automotive supplier/agency experience.
±7 years of experience in key account management and/or B/B Sales.
Extreme proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Working knowledge of e-learning development platforms (e.g., Rise, Storyline, Captivate).
Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred – or equivalent relevant automotive experience.

IV-What is it in for you? Compensation: Annual salary of
$150,000 to $180,000.00 –
depending on work history and experience. PLUS generous annual bonus potential based on the attainment of company sales and profitability goals.
