Telemarketing Membership Agent The position makes outbound phone calls to lapsed members in California, Hawaii, New Mexico, and Texas to renew those memberships.

Responsibilities

Using a predictive dialing tool, call lapsed members in California, Hawaii, New Mexico, and Texas to generate renewed membership.

Invoice memberships sold and process payments.

Maintain up-to-date, working knowledge of membership products, features, and benefits.

Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.

Work focuses on the ability to sell memberships; handle obstacles, conflicts, and multi-task solutions; refer matters to supervision when necessary.

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED required; college degree preferred.

1–3 years sales experience preferred.

Professional communication skills required, both written and oral.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and assignments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Compensation and Benefits Sales agents start at an hourly rate of $22.00. After completing the training program, full-time agents earning meeting sales goals average between $48,400.00 and $59,200.00 annually. Commission opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
