Producer I - 20th Century Games Producer I

is responsible for providing product guidance and support to internal and external partners for games across mobile, console, and PC gaming platforms based on the 20th Century brand.

This full‑time role reports to the Senior Producer and may occasionally require on‑site support and domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities

Drive assigned titles, serving as the day‑to‑day contact for projects and maintaining relationships with cross‑functional teams to ensure brand equity and delivery of high‑quality products that meet franchise, financial, and schedule goals.

Analyze and track product development schedules, perform milestone reviews, track all submissions, and submit weekly progress reports on each title.

Review and analyze feedback from creative team members and senior leadership, performing self‑reviews of gameplay builds and coordinating approvals across stakeholders.

Collaborate with production team members to develop new interactive product concepts, including concept design and game identity.

Present product demos to peers, management, and external partners as needed.

Provide brand guidance to external partners, balancing game needs with authenticity to 20th Century franchise characters and worlds, and act as a subject‑matter expert.

Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure maximum brand equity across art, sound, story, and game design.

Support live‑service and live‑operated titles where applicable and assist the Senior Producer on larger projects.

Qualifications & Skills

2+ years of experience in production of Console/Mobile/PC games or other entertainment.

Experience interfacing with partners/developers, understanding team structures and production pipelines.

Practical understanding of all development phases: concept, pre‑production, production, post‑production/live‑service with a creative eye.

Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple projects at various stages, using negotiation, change management, and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to identify and assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, and elevate issues as needed.

Team player with ownership, flexibility, urgency, and sound decision‑making aligned with business goals.

Strong interpersonal skills and experience building productive relationships with external partners, managers, and peers.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with asset‑tracking software and routing approvals through a film/TV pipeline; knowledge of AirTable, SharePoint, MS Teams is helpful.

Passion for the latest mobile, console, and PC games.

Familiarity with 20th Century franchises, including Live Action Films, 20th TV & TV Animation, FX, National Geographic, and others.

Experience with licensed products and live‑service operations is welcomed.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $87,100 to $116,800 per year. The base pay offered will take into account internal equity, geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus and/or long‑term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to full benefits for medical, financial, and other purposes.
