In the Enterprise Analytics team, we are tasked with optimizing the performance of the Digital Demand Generation activities through proactive analysis, enablement, and measurement innovation. We are passionate about diving deep into data, building reporting solutions and driving insights to help our partners scale efficiently.
Digital Marketing Analytics Lead
will serve as a strategic partner to the Digital Demand Generation organization. This role will drive regular inspection and proactive insights to optimize our marketing performance on the web as well as mentor junior analysts.
What you’ll do
Drive strategic analytics initiatives to improve the efficiency and impact of our global digital marketing spend with a focus on our paid and owned channels
Lead weekly performance inspection reviews with the digital marketing team, investigating strategic shifts and providing recommendations
Combine qualitative and quantitative insights to drive channel and customer-segment level insights that inform targeting, creative optimization and budget allocation strategies
Own the relationship with the Digital Media and Demand Journey leaders, influencing marketing strategy and roadmap priorities
Mentor and guide junior analysts to provide impactful insights and improve the overall quality of analysis.
What you need to succeed
Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Administration or other relevant fields
7+ years of experience in a marketing analytics role in a B2B environment, including with Account-Based Marketing motions
Experience with SQL and Data Visualization Tools (Tableau, PowerBI etc.)
Deep understanding of digital and offline marketing strategies, funnel optimization, engagement metrics and customer lifetime value optimization, and familiarity with marketing measurement frameworks like MTA, MMM, incrementality testing, A/B and multivariate testing
Proficient in paid media tracking technologies like UTM frameworks, Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, pixels, and conversion APIs across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
Demonstrated experience supporting Digital Demand Generation functions to drive strategic insights and performance improvement
Strong communicator with a strategic attitude - comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting to senior leadership.
Experience with mentoring or managing junior analysts
Highly entrepreneurial and able to operate independently with minimal direction
(Preferred but not required) Experience in driving or optimizing your own digital marketing campaigns. We love former marketeers who can bring their analytics chops as well as speak the marketing language.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $105,600 – $223,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
