Basic Qualifications

Minimum Degree Required (BQ): Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum Years of Experience (BQ): 1 year of success in a consulting role at major utility company or professional services firm

Preferred Qualifications

Degree Preferred: Master’s Degree

Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates proven success and some understanding of customer business processes and customer organization‑related operational areas (e.g. meter‑to‑cash), including re‑designing and/or improving business processes; performing in Oracle CC&B and/or SAP environments, understanding utility business process operation areas such as customer service, billing, credit & collections, field operations, meter operations, and revenue/finance management; demonstrating some proven skills related to analysing and comprehending business integration points for meter‑to‑cash processes that involve leveraging the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and related technologies to conduct and generate metrics, process analyses, and business process re‑engineering.

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
