N H D M is seeking a highly organized and proactive studio manager to join this dynamic, award-winning practice at the intersection of architecture, urbanism, and research. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative environment and enjoys supporting and engaging diverse aspects of cultural/spatial practices. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a small, collaborative team, supporting the studio's continuing work while shaping and helping to broaden the practice's reach. If applicable, the role can be combined with other responsibilities within the studio, such as engaging in research projects or managing publications. Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day office operations, scheduling, and communications Providing administrative support to partners and design staff Overseeing office space and supplies Handling basic bookkeeping tasks Development activities, including researching and reviewing development opportunities, and preparing proposals Managing the studio's internal and public communications Qualifications

Familiarity or interest in architecture, design research, art, and cultural practices Enthusiastic about contributing to the studio Exceptionally detail-oriented with excellent research, organizational, and communication skills Responsible, resourceful, and capable of working independently and collaboratively Proficient with Google/Microsoft Office suites. Ability to learn basics of InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. How To Apply
