What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support audience analytics and segmentation for marketing initiatives
Utilize the Adobe Experience platform to develop and manage audience segments
Assist in creating processes and best practices for audience development and marketing automation
Optimize audience segmentation and targeting based on performance metrics and insights
Work with IT and multiple business partners on campaign data acquisition and quality assurance testing
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field and a minimum of 3 years of campaign development experience OR a minimum of 5 years of experience without a degree
Experience with Adobe Campaign
Possess a keen analytical mindset and the capability to independently navigate and address various priorities
Experience in creating processes and best practices for audience development and marketing automation
Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with other marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
Recent experience building audiences within Adobe Experience Platform
Certification in Adobe Experience Platform or similar platforms
Prior experience in audience segmentation and targeting including Adobe Campaign/Unica/SFMC
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards
