Peloton Interactive Peloton is looking for a Manager, Promotions Go-To-Market, who will be responsible for the execution of our discounting and promotional plans across the Peloton global business. This role will directly impact Peloton's revenue growth and Member acquisition across the Connected Fitness portfolio (hardware products) and subscription services. Partnering with experts on a wide variety of teams (Brand & Consumer Marketing, Creative, Consumer Insights, Ecommerce, Legal, Member Support, etc.), you will be the central hub for bringing our promotions to life, ensuring seamless execution. This is a hands‑on role for a highly operational and detail‑oriented leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment. You'll be responsible for developing and refining processes, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring every component of a promotion, from the technical discount set‑up to the marketing elements (emails, website updates, digital media assets, etc.), is executed flawlessly. While this is an operations‑focused role, a strong background in marketing campaign planning and go‑to‑market is essential. Go-to-Market Execution:

Own the tactical execution of all discounting campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to market. This includes managing timelines, tracking dependencies, and overseeing work streams. Marketing Integration:

Author clear and comprehensive marketing briefs that serve as the single source of truth for your campaigns. Ensure promotional plans are fully integrated into broader marketing campaigns and go‑to‑market strategies, with clear messaging and enablement for customer‑facing teams. Process Development:

Design, implement, and optimize repeatable go‑to‑market processes and playbooks to increase efficiency. Cross‑Functional Collaboration:

Partner effectively with Creative, Ecommerce, Legal, and other teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of promotional initiatives. Flexibility & Problem‑Solving:

Be adaptable and ready to respond to changing business needs and priorities. You will be a proactive problem‑solver, rolling up your sleeves to tackle any issue to ensure a successful launch. YOU BRING TO PELOTON

4+ years of work experience in a related role; marketing operations, project management, or a go‑to‑market focused role. Bachelor’s Degree required. Experience leading complex, cross‑functional projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong understanding of marketing concepts and end‑to‑end campaign planning. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to a variety of audiences. Comfortable working in an innovative, fast‑paced, and ever‑changing environment. An agile and flexible mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and pivot quickly as business needs evolve. Multi‑dimensional skillset, including tactical planning, strategic execution, cross‑functional relationship management, Excel & PowerPoint (or equivalent) expertise a must. Forward‑thinking, organized, and detail‑oriented. Experience in the subscription, e‑commerce, or consumer tech industries is a plus.
