What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and content syndication platforms to achieve lead generation and brand awareness goals
Develop and implement organic social media strategies for Meta and LinkedIn, including content ideation, creation, scheduling, and publishing
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to inform strategy and improve campaign effectiveness
Collaborate with the Creative Team to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms
Monitor brand reputation management across social channels, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 3 years of professional social media experience, focusing on both paid and organic campaigns
Proven expertise with Meta and LinkedIn Ads platforms; familiarity with Reddit and content syndication platforms is a plus
Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Rival IQ, Google Analytics, and more)
Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
