The Marketing Specialist II within the UnitedHealthcare Medicare & Retirement Member Experience team assists Group Retiree Member Experience team members in developing and executing omni-channel campaigns and projects.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities
Partner closely with assigned marketing managers or directors to support and execute the processes related to member communications
Manage internal review process for assigned communications to ensure they meet brand, subject matter expert, legal, compliance and client requirements
Manage relationships and communicate project details effectively with cross functional teams, such as creative, production, campaign operations, analytics, subject matter experts, and stakeholders
Assist with the execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns including direct mail, email, and call campaigns
Understand and use data to deliver clear requirements for audience selection, how results are used
Manage work across multiple internal management tools
Track campaign budgets and inventory
Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met on time
Assist with ad hoc projects, information gathering, other duties as assigned

Required Qualification
1+ years of direct-to-consumer marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with print production aspects of direct mail
Familiarity with Workfront
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills
Proven organizational skills
