Product Marketing Manager, Brand Safety and Suitability
The mission of the Brand Innovation team is to help businesses achieve their true branding goals with flexibility, efficiency, and creativity while seamlessly marrying TikTok's user experiences into brand experiences.
As the Product Marketing Manager for Brand Innovation, you will set the go-to-market strategy for TikTok's solutions that provide transparency and control over where branding ads appear within the For You Feed. You will partner closely with sales, product management, third‑party partners, and business marketing to assess key gaps and develop strategic direction for our suite of brand safety and suitability controls and measurement.
Partner with Sales leadership and Global Responsibility Marketing to set long‑term objectives and develop go‑to‑market strategies for our brand safety and suitability products.
Help define the global go‑to‑market strategy for TikTok's market‑leading brand safety and suitability ad products, ensuring clear communication of product value propositions to the market.
Partner with internal cross‑functional teams and external measurement partners to develop and execute go‑to‑market plans and create sales enablement content.
Partner closely with the sales team and clients to deeply understand and synthesize market needs and pain points to inform the direction of product development and influence the roadmap.
Build an understanding of TikTok advertising and brand safety/suitability products and leverage these products to achieve customer goals.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or above.
3+ years of product marketing or product management experience with digital ad products.
1+ years of experience in the digital advertising industry.
Strong knowledge of brand safety and suitability preferred but not required.
Strong knowledge of sales and marketing processes.
Ability to build strong compelling narratives and simplify marketing messaging to resonate with different audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking.
A commercial mindset with experience building business cases from market research and analysis.
Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.

Job Information Compensation:
Base salary range $103,200 – $180,445 annually. Additional discretionary bonuses, restricted stock units, and additional equity may apply.
