JOB DESCRIPTION FOX Entertainment Studios is one of the leading independent content producers in the worldwide television marketplace. Headquartered in Los Angeles, California, FOX Entertainment has rapidly grown into a global producer and distributor of a broad range of programming formats and genres. We are looking to hire an Assistant, Creative Affairs to assist two creative executives at an exciting growth moment for the studio.

SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee all administrative duties for the SVP, Creative Affairs & Original Movies and the SVP, Development Original Series and Tideline Films, including intense scheduling and management of calendars, managing phones, and handling expense reports

Provide other administrative support as needed, including but not limited to coordinating travel, arranging gifts, and managing subscriptions

Perform coverage and other such reviews of creative material, as necessary

Manage visitors and department‑specific supplies

Assist in preparing reports and presentations

Take on additional projects and research as necessary

Other duties as assigned by upper management

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

1+ years of administrative experience

Experience supporting multiple people in a fast‑paced environment

Passion for storytelling across film and television

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Zoom

Proactive thinker; strong organizational skills

Great attitude, shows initiative and self‑direction, able to work independently when needed

Willingness to take on additional responsibility and growth as the company expands

Deadline‑oriented, excellent time management, communication, and writing skills

Strong creative problem‑solving skills, above‑average ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Professionalism, discretion, and good judgment in all interactions with co‑workers and industry professionals

Act as a gatekeeper to the executives, keep a pulse on the team, organized, and detail‑oriented while seeing the bigger picture

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Agency or management experience

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $21.00–25.00 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
