Promotions & Experiences Team!

Represent

three top Central Florida brands:

WOCL/105.9 SUNNY FM, WOMX/Mix 105.1, and WJHM/102 JAMZ.

This is a

part-time, flexible schedule position

that offers hands-on experience in event production, live broadcasts, brand marketing, social media, and more. If you love music, sports, and entertainment, and want to grow your skills in a fast-paced media company, this is the perfect opportunity.

The anticipated salary range for Orlando-based individuals expressing interest in this position begins at 15.00/Hr.

Responsibilities What You'll Do As a Promotions Assistant, you’ll help bring our brands to life through events, activations, and daily operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Event Support

– Set up, run, and break down station appearances, live broadcasts, concerts, and festivals. Manage brand activations, signage, equipment, and promotional assets.

Content & Social Media

– Capture and share photos/video from events, create content and contribute to station social media accounts, assist with event recap materials, and create digital assets using tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, and more.

Contests & Promotions

– Conduct sweepstakes/contests, contact winners, distribute prizes, and complete necessary paperwork in compliance with company and FCC/FTC guidelines.

Office/Admin Support

– Assist with contest & on site event activation preparation, equipment/promotional inventory, and general promotions team support.

Brand Representation

– Be a positive, inviting, and charismatic professional ambassador for Audacy brands at all times.

Qualifications Required & Preferred Required

Must be outgoing, reliable, and team-oriented with a customer service mindset.

Must be at least 21 years old.

Ability to lift/carry event equipment.

Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, holidays, and some short-notice shifts.

Professional appearance and punctuality.

A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of the applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.

Preferred

Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar).

Prior customer-facing or event experience.

Bilingual (English/Spanish).

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
