Sales and Marketing Specialist

supports Pathway Medtech’s business growth by executing marketing initiatives, managing client engagement systems, and driving lead generation. This intermediate-level position bridges strategic marketing, sales operations, and client relationship management to enhance visibility, streamline sales processes, and support company expansion in the medical device sector.

The ideal candidate combines strong marketing execution skills with analytical insight and project coordination experience. They will actively collaborate with leadership on campaign strategy, CRM optimization, and market research initiatives.

Essential Job Functions Brand Development & Marketing Operations

Support brand consistency across all digital and physical materials.

Including but not limited to: logos and company collateral, presentation templates, client proposal templates

Update and maintain marketing collateral, presentations, and digital assets.

Manage company website content and ensure SEO optimization (AI optimization).

Oversee and execute social media strategy aligned with business goals.

Assist in the creation of videos, infographics, and promotional content.

Digital Campaigns & Analytics

Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, Google Ads).

Monitor analytics and report on key metrics such as web traffic, lead quality, and conversion rates.

Conduct keyword and audience research to optimize performance.

Recommend data-driven improvements based on campaign outcomes.

Maintain and optimize the CRM platform for lead tracking and reporting.

Develop standardized proposal templates and client onboarding workflows.

Support pipeline management, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate reporting.

Collaborate with sales leadership to forecast and track performance metrics.

Business Development & Market Research

Serve as the initial contact for inbound inquiries and new client prospects.

Conduct competitive research and industry trend analysis to identify opportunities.

Support strategic growth initiatives including partnerships and new service offerings.

Assist in proposal development and presentation materials for client pitches.

Research other avenues to market in the med device space.

Requirements Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

3–5 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or business development.

Experience in medical device, healthcare, or technology industries strongly preferred.

Skills (Required):

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Strong proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).

Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).

Working knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS.

Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).

Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive insights from metrics.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Skills (Preferred):

Familiarity with marketing automation and AI-driven tools.

Experience supporting B2B campaigns in regulated industries.

Project management certification or equivalent experience.

Office-based or hybrid/remote work options available.

Occasional travel for conferences, client meetings, or trade shows.

Compensation Salary Range:

$68,640 – $75,000 annually

Sales Commission:

Commission schedule to be determined based on experience
