Job Summary: Provide standardized, quality, expertise, customer service to medical departments; liaise faculty, physicians, University personnel; work third-party payers, providers; ensure authorization tests, procedures prior rendered; Basic coding knowledge and medical terminology practiced; pref recommended; Excellent customer service present; Primary duties pre-authorization tests, procedures ordered by medical providers;Worked long periods fast-paced environment; team-oriented communicate diverse—
