As an AV Implementation Engineer and Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting‑edge audio‑visual solutions that empower our client’s operations and enhance how their teams connect and communicate. Partnering with Aquent, you will leverage your technical expertise and project leadership to design, implement, and optimize AV systems, making a tangible impact on daily business functions and ensuring seamless, high‑quality experiences for all users.

This dynamic role places you at the forefront of AV technology, where you will drive the end‑to‑end delivery of complex solutions in a global corporate environment. You will be instrumental in translating customer needs into robust AV designs, overseeing their successful deployment, and ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality and functionality. Your work will directly contribute to fostering a more connected and efficient workplace, utilizing state‑of‑the‑art video conferencing, digital signage, control systems, and audio distribution technologies.

Responsibilities

Evaluate customer requirements and define applicable AV standards to guide solution development.

Collaborate closely with the AV design engineering team to support the deployment of advanced video conferencing, digital signage, control systems, and audio distribution systems.

Coordinate and manage external vendor installation teams, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.

Oversee project timelines and budgets, maintaining meticulous documentation throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to guarantee the reliability and scalability of all deployed AV systems.

Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery and adoption.

Must‑Have Qualifications

Strong background in AV technologies and infrastructure.

Proven experience managing complex projects from conception to completion.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications

Industry certifications such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist).

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
