Our Client Content Solutions Business Unit is responsible for coordinating and producing all product marketing materials for Partners Group’s business lines. The teams in this unit support Partners Group’s fundraising efforts by creating the full spectrum of client content, including product pitchbooks, teasers, due diligence questionnaires (DDQ), request for proposal (RFP) responses, product update presentations, presentations for due diligence events, and broader educational material for the asset class. They convey our messaging and position us through our marketing materials consistently. We are looking for an experienced professional to lead product marketing efforts for our Private Equity business line, to be based in Denver. Key responsibilities
Shape and execute product marketing activities for Partners Group’s private equity business line, developing and implementing the product marketing strategy in close collaboration with our private equity business development and client relationship teams. Oversee and contribute to the creation of private equity product RfPs, commercial sections in private placement memorandums (PPMs), product pitchbooks and teasers, due diligence and other client events, DDQs, benchmarking, and supporting new product fundraising launches. Set standards for editorial quality and tone, ensuring consistent messaging, quality standards, and compliance across all deliverables. Act as key point of contact for complex client requests and high‑stakes presentations, providing expert guidance and solutions. Drive adoption of new technologies, data tools, and AI solutions to enhance content creation efficiency and effectiveness. Coach and develop a global team of Private Equity Content Experts, contributing to enhancing overall team capabilities. Collaborate cross‑functionally to integrate investment insights into client‑facing materials, including client reporting content, while establishing metrics and KPIs to measure content impact on fundraising activities. Stay current on private equity market trends and competitive landscape to inform content strategy, while serving as primary liaison with other asset class content teams to maintain global consistency. Support internal education efforts and special projects that drive business growth and enhance Partners Group’s private equity fundraising efforts. What we expect
3-5 years’ experience working in a similar role in the finance industry, preferably in private markets. Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, finance, or related field. A strong understanding of and interest in private equity investments, private markets, portfolio management, institutional investment, and associated trends. Ability to work within a matrix organization with numerous senior stakeholders. Eagerness and capability to drive innovation, leveraging technology and AI. Passionate and highly motivated with proven ability to handle high workloads while delivering quality output. Strong leadership skills with prior experience in managing a team. Ability to solve complex challenges and express solutions in a convincing manner to create organizational alignment. Exceptional English verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Self‑motivated and proactive with a bias to action, strong attention to detail, and ability to prioritize effectively.
