What you will be doing Video Production & Editing: Plan, film, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, customer success stories, product showcases, events, and social media. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with our brand voice and objectives. Manage video assets, ensuring consistent quality and branding across platforms. Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to grow brand awareness and engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Create and schedule posts, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies to drive measurable results. Stay up to date with social trends, emerging platforms, and best practices. Content Creating & Writing: Write and publish blog posts, case studies, and other long-form content that supports SEO and thought leadership goals. Work with internal experts and customers to develop compelling stories that showcase Savance Workplace’s impact. Ensure all content aligns with our brand tone and marketing objectives. Email Campaign Support: Assist in planning, writing, and designing email campaigns and newsletters. Help track campaign performance and optimize for engagement and conversion. Collaboration & Project Ownership: Work closely with the marketing team to align content across all digital channels. Take initiative in developing new content ideas, improving production processes, and enhancing audience engagement. Required Education/Experience 2+ years of experience in digital or content marketing, with strong skills in video production and editing. Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar). Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization. Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills for blogs and email content. Familiarity with basic SEO and email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar). Highly organized and self-motivated — able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision. A creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering great content.
